Lindy Hop Swing Dancing
... in Hampton Roads Virginia
Ya put your right foot in...
My Richmond friends put
their best feet forward at a fine
swing soirée in the capitol city. I got my
start in swing and lindy up in Richmond and
I'm so happy to see it catching on down here
in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk/Newport News etc
area. We've had a solid swing scene for some time,
but now lindy's catching on as well and there are a lot
more dancing opportunities here than there have
ever been (even during the swing "boom"). We've
got a little hollywood, we've got a little savoy,
and today I'm watching Steven Mitchell jazz style
tapes so who knows what's next ;)
