Browsers
Many sites are difficult or impossible to navigate without java enabled browsers, such as Microsoft's Internet Explorer (still FREE and now available for all Windows versions) or Netscape Navigator 2.0+ (this will expire if not registered after a set period of time). If you have an outdated browser, you may experience difficulty at these sites, as they are running java scripts which require the newer browsers. If this is the case, try starting over and only clicking underlined text that you can see on the page (avoid the drop-down boxes).

Sound & Vision
Many of our sites are graphic intensive and look their best in Microsoft Internet Explorer. Some of our sites have soundtracks, which you are probably not hearing now unless you have Microsoft Internet Explorer and a sound card with speakers. If you have all of these things and still cannot hear sound, try turning up the volume on your speakers or through the Windows software that came with your sound card or system. All of our sites are designed to load text first, which enables you to take a look at the page without waiting for all of the graphics to load. Make sure you have your Windows video drivers set to 256 color or better, if you have an SVGA monitor and video card which support it. If all else fails, try visiting our Text Versions (where available); and you may want to consider upgrading your system.

Other Common Problems
All sites look best with your browser maximized. You may also need to adjust your browser's font size. When returning to a site you have previously visited, you should push your browser's "Reload" or "Refresh" button in order to see any changes that have been made since your last visit. Your browser keeps track of the pages you visit and may attempt to load the page from memory. We are always in the process of improving our sites and update them often. If you receive an error when connecting to a page, or have difficulty loading certain images, we may be in the process of uploading changes to that page/site. You may need to push the "Reload" or "Refresh" buttons until the page is finished uploading.
