Internally, through an organized system of Congregational Care we provide for the spiritual needs of those within our congregation. Externally, Dorsey is a Church dedicated to serving not just those within our walls, but the community around us. Our Community Missions program continues to grow and shows the willingness of our congregation to reach out and help those in need. We have an ongoing mission that is directed toward the babies in our community. The "Hungry Baby Mission" project helps to feed children whose families find themselves in situations of need. This program forms the basis for the largest part of our service. But we also participate in a monthly special mission project. Don Wecker is the director of missions.
